Description

  • Develop marketing master plan including strategies & marketing campaigns
  • Supervise the whole game projects to make sure the marketing executive & the team is on the right track
  • Supervise the UA process & understanding all traffic sources. Make sure the marketing executive is delivering the right channel traffic
  • Manage budget, closely follow the execution timeline the project
  • Develop local marketing strategy and recruit execution team
  • Develop community strategies and manage partnership with local partners
  • Regularly report and update road-map to management team

Requirements

  • At least 05 years of proven working experience in Marketing, especially in mobile game publishing is a big plus
  • Deep understanding of local user insights and trends
  • Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with attribution tools
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively own, manage and optimize acquisition budgets with clear ROI targets
  • Proactive and highly accountable
  • Data-driven and result-orientated
  • Experience in building and managing a team
  • Sufficient English skills
