Description

Develop master community plan for a mobile games based on Product & Brand understanding:
  • Define community strategy in aligning with product marketing strategies.
  • Build Implementation plan on various social media platforms
  • Ensure that content on those media platform will meets brand guidelines and overall communication style.
Manage community activities:
  • Implement social media campaigns in various channels.
  • Define goals and objectives for each community activities likes: Audience Growth rate; Engagement Rate; Bounce Rate; Conversion Rate; Cost per Conversion…
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/ conversation via social media channels to Marketing Manager.
Keep strong communication with customers:
  • Responding & interacting with existing followers as well as using communication methods to increase followers to social media channels.
  • Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in timely manner.
  • Have clear understanding of product’s community by doing regularly social listening.
Building community relationships
  • Providing customer service to the online community.
  • Taking care of each customer class by online & offline community activities (VIP; Paying users; usual users…).
  • Building relationships with peoples who have the influence capacity in community: Gaming Houses; Pro Gamers; KOL Gamers…
  • Create long term development/ collaboration programs for partners and loyal users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master degree in Marketing of equivalent.
  • Have experiences in building Social/ Community for Gaming or Entertainment major.
  • Understanding of various social platforms and social tools.
  • Flexibility attitude an ability to switch gears since priorities change rapidly.
  • Have good Communication skill and Management skill.
