Job description

This role will be under Go-to-Market function and work closely with Product team and other Go-to-market sub-teams such as Digital Marketing and especially Multimedia & Production.

1. Content planning & creation:
  • Work closely with Product and Global Digital Marketing team to craft & deliver a digital content strategy, content angles and collaborate with Multimedia team to aligning with brand guideline of the products;
  • Content is related to affinity topics from the mobile, gaming, emerging-technology industries, and culture of assigned markets, must be relevant to our key targets (based on learnings & consumer insights);
  • Produce digital content marketing campaigns & events;
  • Gradually become “the face/ representative” of the products/ IP on social platforms.
2. Communication planning, moderation & coordination/ Social Channels management:
  • Manage & moderate the relevant social pages and communities following guidelines across various channels ( depending on markets) such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc;
  • Adapt games’ specific assets and messages created by various Game Community team and Product Managers to make them relevant for our channels;
  • Support Global Digital Marketing Manager to conduct survey, provide social listening results and action plans with the deployment of strategic projects, from implementing tools, templates & guidelines, to sharing best-cases;
  • Analyze and report content & community KPIs to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • A digital savvy marketer with content-marketing background. A perfect understanding of how social media is used in the Brand marketing field & is aware of current & upcoming digital marketing trends;
  • A proven portfolio of content creation from posters/ banners to videos is highly preferred;
  • Well-structured mindset with results oriented attitude;
  • Excellent communications and problem solving skills;
  • Proficient English reading & writing. International exposure/experience is a plus.
