Job description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a point of contact to ensure the best HR services offered to managers and employees in Thailand. He/ She will cooperate with HR team in Head Quarter (HRBP, Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver full value of HR to the business stakeholders.


  • Work closely with hiring managers to execute end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates, screening & shortlisting, scheduling selection rounds, interviewing to offering
  • Take part in employer branding activities together with internal teams in Head Quarter
  • Take care of employees from onboarding (orientation, probation, performance tracking) to offboarding (exit interview, termination process)
  • Implement HR annual projects as well as specific HR projects which align with business strategy
  • Partner with HR Services team to consult and provide support to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring the compliance with company policies and local labor law
  • Build and maintain good employee relations, provide timely assistance to employees in HR inquiries
  • Perform HR operational tasks with good quality and meet the deadline required
  • Other HR-related duties as assigned 


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as HRBP/ HR generalist/ Recruiter in fast-paced & collaborative working environment
  • Familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proper knowledge of HR as well as local labor laws and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with sufficient English level
  • Good task and time management skills
  • Good service-minded and problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
