Job description
FPnA
- Provides leadership and expert knowledge on the business functions, products, services and costs
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the business functions and other cross-functional teams at all levels of VNG Cloud
- Partner with the business functions to define clear metrics, goals and action items that need to be achieved and hold the business functions accountable for their completion in line with VNG Cloud's strategic plan & initiative
- Engage work in a data-centric manner by leveraging internal financial data combined with external data sources, multi-dimension data model and for the purpose of financial analysis, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Perform rolling forecast and budgeting data modeling, data preparation and proactively update financial system with business changes, ensure the report’s quality and timeline.
- Ensure overall accuracy and integrity of financial processes and systems, financial data, management reporting, and adherence to all compliance requirements.
- Responsibility for accounting system and financial report of Legal entity:
- Responsibility for Tax compliance, Tax submissions and dealing with matters relating to the Tax department.
- Perform daily authorization for bank transfer, dealing with matter relating to Banks.
- Adhere to VNG group’s requirement on reporting timeline and management reporting framework
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor of Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 8 years working experience in field of Finance and Accounting, in which at least 3 years in manager above role
- Strong knowledge in VAS
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting
- Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Mentally agile, proactive attitude and effective written & verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese
- Strong integrity, self-motivated and able to embrace challenges
- Excellence in Microsoft offices/Oracle BI/Tableau and data management
- Big 4 and ACCA background is a plus
