Job description

  • Be responsible for all the content produced related to the Esports project/campaign of PUBG Mobile, including social media, broadcast, PR, external social hot pages, KOLs/Influences, Talents and Community;
  • Study and understand target audience, insight and context of each Esports project/campaign;
  • Provide creative ideas, concepts and directions for each Esports project/campaign based on the context and results of the studies;
  • Take main responsibility in conducting Content Master Plan and Action Plan with accordingly specific strategies for each Esports project/campaign;
  • Work closely with Project Leader and the above-mentioned teams in order to plan, execute and optimize content aligned with the concept and direction;
  • Ensure the content and materials are produced and distributed according to plan with high quality and effectiveness;
  • Report on content effectiveness with specific metrics and key learning.


  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Content Marketing;
  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business is preferable;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software;
  • Be PUBG Mobile player or interested in the game industry and Esports is big plus;
  • Solid knowledge and background in Social Media or Creative Content with strong sense and capability in planning and creativity;
  • Fluent in English in both writing and reading skills;
  • Excellent teamwork, coordination, time management and communication skills;
  • Having strong passion and understanding about Esports, or sports, or gaming industry, especially mobile gaming industry is a plus.
