Job description

Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing traffic and users for Zalopay products.
Execute communication and promotional plans to optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze data, evaluate campaign performance, and provide improvement recommendations.
Support special projects related to growth and market expansion.
Proactively update and apply new trends and growth marketing methods in practical scenarios.

Requirement

1–2 years of experience in traffic/user growth or equivalent roles.
Knowledge of media planning is a significant advantage.
Hardworking, diligent, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to work under high pressure and take on challenges.
Strong teamwork skills, creative thinking, and flexible problem-solving abilities.
