IT, Senior QC Engineer (22-IT-0430)

What you will do:

• Participate in product development process from ideas, design, development, testing to final product features, releases.
• Plan, design and run test cases, scripts to ensure the quality of features, releases. Edge cases, potential major issue can be identified and discuss with team during development.
• Support Customer Success/Helpdesk Team to handle, troubleshoot or debug technical issue that require root cause exploration.
• Plan and perform thorough regression testing after update production or issues resolved.

Yêu cầu

• Equivalent 3 years working experience in product development, software testing, technology field.
• Knowledgeable in manual, automation testing for web, mobile ios/android. Usability, API, performance, load testing knowledge is a plus.
• Actively learning new way to improve working result, time management, solution oriented and tracking multiple tests in different projects.
• Be able to perform in agile, scrum working model and related software for product development such as Git, JIRA.
