1. Market Research: 50%
  • Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends related of bank, fin-tech and E-wallet.
  • Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
  • Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
  • Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  • Able to proof-reading through large amount of information from variety of sources and capture relevant insights, draw implications/conclusion/recommendations for our business
  • Able to lead a primary research project to answer business objectives, including sample design, questionnaire design, field interviewing, data processing to report presentation
2. Data Analyst: 50%
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data about fund channel effectiveness & campaign and generate useful business report.
  • Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole.
  • Able to deliver story-telling insights and draw conclusion/implication to business in a simple and user-friendly visualization from large amount of data 

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor degree from Finance/Marketing/Business Administration/Economics/IT
  • At least 3 years of working experience in market research position
  • Solid working experience with reporting packages, databases
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasheets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyst, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working experience in Online Payment or Banking is a BIG plus
  • Solid experience in desk researching, preferable background in investment firms or working in M&A projects
