Senior Project Management Executive

We are looking for a responsible Senior Project Management Executive to administer and organize all aspects of projects. Successful candidate’ responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes for projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Align with cross functions to set timeframes, expectations & ensure deliverables
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate tasks status to all related participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Ensure output from cross functions is met expectations that have been set beforehand

Yêu cầu

• Fluent in English (IELTS at 7.0 or equivalent)
• Proven work experience as project management or similar role
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Multitasking and time-management are crucial
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Google Drive
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Slack)
