Mô tả công việc

  • Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of Bank Linking/Topup/Payment Success Rate
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
  • Work closely with stakeholders to investigate and evaluate success rates to find the root cause and solution.
  • Work with several large and complex SQL databases
  • Utilize established data warehousing practices and data visualizations

Yêu cầu

  • At least 5 years experiences in Business Intelligence or relevant role
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and above in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, and other related fields
  • Proficient in one of the technical tools, Excel, PPT, SQL or Python
  • A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-oriented,
  • Excellent at data visualization in PowerPoint
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region is a plus
  • Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Be opened minded, think out of the box and willing to do attitude
  • Experience in business intelligence in Fintech/Credit/E-commerce companies is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mindset
