● Develop overall marketing strategy and detailed action plans to build up and meet KPI of user growth & retention, transactions & volume for assigned merchants/industries/categories.
●Design promotional campaigns, engagement activities (gamification/loyalty/activation…) and other necessary measures to increase new user acquisition & retention; push transactions/volumes & increase ZaloPay brand awareness at Merchants’ sides.
● Supervise & Coordinate with Marketing Operation Team and other internal teams on the execution of these activities to ensure well-organized timeline; Perform day-to-day review to closely track their performance; Aggressively tack any arising issues & provide trouble-shooting solutions if needed.
●Maintain close relationship and collaborate with merchants/partners to develop co-promotion campaigns & co-branding activities; Negotiate with/Convince merchants to arrive at win-win marketing solutions.
● Deep dive into data and conduct necessary research & analysis to understand market – competitor – merchant trends, user behaviors and user insight.
● Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness.
● Keep a watchful eye on Product-related aspects (eg: Invisibility, UI/UX, Bugs…); Join the Product Team in giving suggestions on UI/UX improvements and new promotion features to enhance user experience;

● Make reports & other tasks as assigned by line managers.

Yêu cầu

  • Experience: From 2-4 years of experience in Online Promotion Campaign Planning & Management; of which 1-2 years in Ecommerce/ Social Platform industry; or 3-4 years of experience in Strategic Marketing Agency; of which specializing on Social Platform/ Digital Apps.
  • Business skillsets required: Market Research, Data Analytics & Insight Driving, Strategy & Planning, Financial Budget Management, Creativity/Ingenuity, Marketing/Promotion-Campaign Management.
  • Soft-skills: Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving, Project Management, Relationship Building
  • Good attitudes: Proactivity, Supportiveness, Hard-work and Eagerness to learn
  • Preferable for candidates are 9x generation.
