This role is responsible for publishing, executing, analyzing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across all paid digital platforms.
  • Research and leverage industry and channel trends, and perform competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Leverage your performance marketing expertise to define and drive an aggressive schedule of testing, iteration and evolution.
  • Ideate, create and implement ads for content marketing campaigns to drive users to condition-specific content.
  • Provide weekly data performance recaps, including actionable insights and suggestions to support project continued growth for new and existing market.
  • Develop testing strategies for expanding audiences, finding new traffic sources and new creatives (including but not limited to design and copy tests)
  • Work cross-functionally with the other teams to ensure that campaigns are following marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Ads trends and best practices and be able to apply them to the project goals and business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Multimedia and Content team to improve ROAS.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher plus 3 years of media buying/digital experience
  • Advance computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Game industry and marketing experience for Game publisher is a plus
  • Be able to dive into data and create strategic & actionable insight from it.
  • Have good knowledge about the ads latest technologies/platforms (Paid search, Programmatic, Online video, Paid social, Google Ads, Ad-serving platforms, Demand-side platforms, Google marketing platform: Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience in App Install Ads, App Store Optimization or SEO.
  • Hardworking, energetic and flexible; able to handle multiple priorities, constant change and last-minute requests
  • Strong writing, verbal, presentation and strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Organized and process-oriented approach
  • Proven track record collaborating across functions to drive results
