Mô tả công việc

  • Monitor and troubleshoot 24/7 ZaloPay Production issues by using monitoring tools developed by support teams.
  • Manage and oversee our 24/7 Technical support Team.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Manage and operate in non-production environment to make sure system stable.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 2 years of experiences in relevant position.
  • Proficiency in Network and Linux Operation System.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps automation and monitoring tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible...).
  • Basic knowledge of application containerization and container orchestrator (docker, k8s)
  • Basic knowledge of NoSQL/SQL database.
  • Ability to catch up on new information quickly and deliver efficient training to the team.
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Working experience in payment platform
  • Working experience in large scale platform.
