ZaloPay is seeking talents for Program Manager who oversees and coordinates different related projects to ensure they benefit one another, ensure the successful delivery of the program’s
outputs and meet business goals. This position will report directly to the Head of PMO and manage assigned project managers under your program.
As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will be:
  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs;
  • Plan the overall program and monitor the progress;
  • Define the program governance (controls);
  • Ensure program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents;
  • Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and
  • understand the program schedule and key milestones;
  • Ensures all areas of the program are appropriately staffed and monitors program commitment from those assigning resources;
  • Creates the program risk management plan, appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made and escalates program risks to the Head of PMO, Portfolio leaders or business/product partners;
  • Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel;
  • Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions;
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards

Yêu cầu

You will be required to possess:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in program management or project management in software development industry with proven records in managing multiple projects across function/portfolios/squads;
  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques;
  • The ability and experience in managing dependencies across multiple teams/portfolio;
  • Experienced in change management, Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  • Deep working knowledge of Agile best practices;
  • Strong people skills to coordinate work and enable collaboration across teams; strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and work effectively with the Senior
  • Management team or board of executives;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures; and the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
