Senior C&B Executive

• In charge C&B data management, reporting as required by management/audit/authority
• Support budgeting (planning, controlling)
• Participate in various projects of tool and systems
• Assist to analyze current processes for overall effectiveness and recommend enhancements to optimize business processes
• Other tasks assigned by senior members

• At least 3 years of HR related job experience
• Good at numbers with logic mindset
• Careful and attention to details
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of commonly-used Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment
