ZaloPay, Senior Product Marketing Executive (22-UG-1220)

Utilities bill payment team manages one of the largest use cases in ZaloPay. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Executive to drive user growth, who will perform the following tasks:

• Grow bill paying users through promotion and earned/ paid media channels
• Plan, execute, analyze and optimize monthly user acquisition campaign across UA channels to acquire new users and retain existing users
• Work with related stakeholders (FA, MKT, Ops, Risk, PO, Dev...) to implement promotion and communication campaigns timely and correctly
• Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
• Tracking and report campaign performance
• Actively seek for improvements & new initiatives to meet growth targets
• Keep up with industry trends and new user acquisition opportunities beyond existing channels

Yêu cầu

• You have marketing, finance or business background with minimum 2 years of experience in user growth, marketing, business development or product management in Tech firm (fintech/e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.)
• You have strong data analysis experience and can articulate your findings with the team, and also with technical and creative stakeholders
• You are passionate, constantly curious, and a proactive team player
• You are experienced with working in a fast-paced environment, giving suggestion and solutions timely with limited resources
• You are confident with your verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
• You are good at Excel and PowerPoints
