- Monitor and troubleshoot 24/7 ZaloPay Production issues by using monitoring tools developed by support teams.
- Provide tech solutions on operation tasks: diagnose and provide prompt action on infrastructure issues, operate and maintain bank connections, set up permission for internal tools and software.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Operate in non-production environment to make sure system stable.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 years of experiences in relevant position.
- Basic knowledge of Network and Linux Operation System.
- Have in-depth knowledge of standard monitoring system.
- Hands-on experience in managing common monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus.
- Familiar with common tools like Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube.
