Overview

VNG is currently looking for a Brand Communications Collaborator to join our Employer Branding Team. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various channels, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to create targeted communication plans and attract top talents.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling content for social media platforms to attract potential candidates and showcase our company culture. 

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create targeted communication plans to increase application numbers and attract high-quality candidates.

  • Develop and maintain engaging content for our career site, ensuring it reflects our company's values and attracts top talent.

  • Work with the design team to produce creative assets.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media channels, career site to maximize effectiveness.

  • Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Fresh graduates with no more than 2 years of experience in employer branding, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, talent acquisition strategies, recruitment marketing and candidate journey.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker.
  • Have a can-do attitude with willingness to adapt to change and a constant desire to learn and improve.
