Mô tả công việc

  • Design and implement communication plans for learning and organizational development projects, including Leadership Development Programs, Employee Engagement Surveys… & other programs to effectively engage and attract target audiences.
  • Develop diverse learning content formats (e.g., video clips, articles) and manage timely publication ( pre & after programs) across various channels (e.g., TV screens, Zalo OA, email) in collaboration with the Corporate Branding Community team.
  • Assist team in creating, adjusting communication messages/ training materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Apply adult learning principles to provide ideas & create meaningful learning experiences that align with business goals;
  • Support team members in coordination training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement and participant communication for training courses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance sheets, and performance evaluations;
  • Support the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness through data collection and reporting.
  • Contribute to L&D department events & activities;
  • Manage e-learning systems and provide timely support to end users;
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Head of LnD.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor graduate with 1+ years of experience, prefer Major in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication.
  • Be passionate about learning or human resources development.
  • Excellent written & spoken skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office & design tools ( Canva, Capcut,Photoshop..).
  • Good communication & project management skills.
  • Have professional knowledge in communication, social media is a plus.
  • Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner;
  • Proactive, creative, willingness to learn, and adaptive to changing priorities.
