Mô tả công việc

1. Onboarding & Employee Administration
  • Support onboarding for new Employees, including coordination related to orientation and asset handover.
  • Assist in preparing and managing onboarding materials and Employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees to collect, check, and maintain required personal information and documents.
2. Contract Administration
  • Support labor contract preparation, signing coordination, and document filing.
  • Maintain and update employee records and shared folders.
3. Social Insurance Coordination
  • Support administrative work related to SHUI.
  • Coordinate with Employees on insurance-related documentation and arrangements.
4. Ad-hoc C&B administration tasks
  • Support other C&B administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Admin / C&B support is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of labor contracts and SHUI procedures is an advantage.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
