Mô tả công việc

  • Support the QA team in testing and validating game quality (mobile/web) before and after release, identifying bugs, and providing detailed feedback to ensure the best possible player experience
  • Perform manual testing on iOS/Android devices and web platforms (test cases, exploratory testing, regression testing)
  • Reproduce, document, and report bugs clearly using bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, screenshots/videos
  • Re-test and verify fixed bugs
  • Evaluate gameplay, UI/UX, performance, localization, IAP/ads flows, and overall player experience
  • Assist with live game monitoring (crash reports, player feedback, hotfix validation)

Yêu cầu

Must-have:
  • Strong passion for mobile/web games and willingness to play games extensively for testing purposes
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to write clear, structured bug reports in English (basic to intermediate level)
  • Proficient with Android/iOS devices and emulators
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience playing or testing various game genres (casual, hyper-casual, mid-core, etc.)
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of localization testing or monetization flows (IAP, ads)
