This position is working as Key Account management in ZaloPay Merchant Partnership team. The details responsibility include:

A. Acquisition responsibility:
  • Develop and execute Business plan to acquire targeted merchants in assigned industry, included:
  • Explore new business model: evaluate business value, challenge to win.
  • Understand well on user’s experience & merchant concern - working with Merchant solution & Product team to find out best solution for merchants/business model
  • Define action plan for online business acquisition goals
  • Grow and manage marketing partnerships
B. Growth responsibility

  • Goal & Budget cascade to assigned Key accounts or Specific account category
  • Define and implement the growth strategy for the whole assigned category ensuring alignment with ZaloPay merchant business goals.
  • Play as owner to identify and plan for the growth among existing merchants. Liaise & collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, RnD, Plan & Strategy, Product,
  • Legal,..) to improve MC performances via Marketing activities & Product initiatives; and keep MC satisfied and engaged with ZaloPay planning
C. Team building & management

  • Able to build business roadmap for each assigned category; mentor junior team members to build up the strong KA team.
  • Oversee overall project timeline to make sure the integration plan are finished as committed expected output quality.

Yêu cầu/Requirements

  • From 3-5 years experiences with Key Account roles, candidates who have background in Payment, Ecommerce, Fintech will be a plus.
  • Good sense with product flow & merchant solution; high skill of project management
  • Familiar with mentoring, team management experience will be a plus
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others
