Job Summary:
The HR Operations Collaborator will assist HR Business Partners in their daily job duties to ensure the best HR services delivered to business leaders, line managers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment support: Participate in selection interview process for special cases (intern, collaborator, FTE).
- Onboarding: Coordinate with other supporting function i.e Admin & Facilities, IT, C&B for new hire information; give 1st day introduction to new hire, collect personnel documents, follow up with request if any.
- Be as BO contact point for new employees to ask about information at VNG (Mysite, employee benefits,...) as well as follow up the completion of probation period from Dept and employee side.
- Offboarding: Guide employees with termination process, support HRBP in collect feedbacks to get meaningful insights of exiting people.
- HR Projects: Support HRBPs in HR Projects (fresher recruitment program, leadership development booth camp, etc) in terms of logistics and other administrative tasks.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu/Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Strong integrity, proactive, self-motivated and able to embrace challenges.
Education and Experience:
- University graduates;
- At least one year experience in administrative and/or human resources.
