- Analyze recruitment requirements and propose suitable recruitment approaches.
- Attract talents and maintain talent pipeline through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc.
- Screen and select candidates according to job requirements.
- Organize assessment and interviews.
- Create & operate recruitment reports.
- Participate in building processes, databases, tools for recruitment needs.
- Collect and analyze labor market information to advise the hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment activities.
- Participate in employer branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events, ..).
