- Ideal candidates will have a strong background of writing and editing with general understanding in tech-trends is a plus. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail and learning mindset.
- Develop content and key messages across multiple communication platforms that drive high engagement with our employees, potential candidates and stakeholders.
- Flexibly follow content direction and key message from Employer Branding Manager to convey into worth reading social posts/PR articles/video script.
- Guide and/or creatively copywrite posts on Facebook channel to support projects’ communication plan.
- Channel management:
- Fast update and make use of latest social content trends for daily feed on Facebook channel.
- Proactively work directly & on a daily basis with EB Manager & EB Partnership team in VNG’s newest initiatives & programs
- Maximize the usage of owned channels to leverage the VNG’s newest initiatives & programs
- Proactively open media network to prioritize pitching outcomes.
- Plan and manage project budget.
- Monitor and analyze all communication channels’ metrics and make improvements accordingly
- Background in any fields, as long as you have a good sense of people & the capabilities to communicate with them effectively.
- Familiar with media writing style for millennials.
- You should excel in understanding social media, have an appetite for research and gathering data insights, a high level of aptitude working with cross-functional partners, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Identifying actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
- Top-notch spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills
- Be a strong tech savvy writer with an extensive understanding of young people insights
- At least 2-year experience in PR/Communications area
