Mô tả công việc

  • Facilitate the identification and assessment of risks to the organization including strategic, compliance, operational, third party.
  • Analyze data to identify emerging risks, trends and material enterprise-wide risk issues. Identify key risks and mitigating factors and conduct statistical analyses to quantify and support risk.
  • Lead risk program implementations, management, and oversight including risk analysis, risk assessment, education, monitoring, remediation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance controls or develop and document action plans to address compliance issues and key risks.
  • Evaluate the internal systems and processes to identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements to internal control environment and efficiencies to existing processes.
  • Support and instruct process owners in building specific internal processes/ procedures. Review deliverables from all departments and ensure all processes/ procedures aligned with standard format.
  • Educate and train others on internal control and address specific training and development needs to fill control gaps.
  • Collect and analyze incident information, identify and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all organizational and professional ethical standards.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Information Technical or related field required.
  • At least 2-3 years of full-time experience in Risk Management, Internal Control or similar work is required, related to financial service organizations (payment, bank, insurance, fund,...) is preferred.
  • Understanding of the current COSO, ERM framework.
  • Working understanding of project planning and implementation, including the ability to work effectively with tight timelines, high quality standards, and demanding, potentially overlapping priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
  • Working ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
