Job description

Lead product discovery initiatives by conducting user research, market research and data analysis to generate and validate feature ideas.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Prioritize features and requirements based on business value, complexity and stakeholder input to effectively manage product backlog.
Develop comprehensive product specifications with a focus on UX/UI optimization, technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional team to deliver Product output on time and effectively
Define key product metrics, monitor product performance through data tracking for ongoing evaluation
Drive Agile product development with tools like Confluence, Jira, ensuring continuous iteration and feedback

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager role
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum teams. Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira and Figma.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred Qualification:

Expertise in data querying and dashboard building
Expertise in UX/UI design
Experience in the Gaming/Payment industries, with a deep understanding of industry insights and user behaviors.
Proven track record of delivering successful products/features from concept to launch
