Job description

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with Merchants and their key personnel to become a trusted partner for our clients
  • Identifying and developing opportunities with existing Merchants
  • Ensure KPI’s and targets are being met
  • Manage the business side for development, enhancements or change requests with the Merchants and supporting the internal teams
  • Understand user’s experience & merchant concern - working with Marketing & Product team to find out best solution for merchants/business model

Requirement

  • POS, eCommerce, or Banking will be a plus
  • Actively manage tasks, including: KPI Planning, Marketing Planning and Following up with execution ...
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others
