Job description

As a Digital Marketing Executive at a Game Publishing Studio, you are responsible for the performance and success of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms by leveraging user insights accurately, including:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to drive high-quality installs and maximize user engagement
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize Return On Ad Spend.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Facebook, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for and understanding of the mobile gaming industry is a strong plus.
  • High level of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Logical thinking and critical analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not required).
