Job description

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for the utilities & bill payment category on Zalopay
Collaborate with Product, Business, and Tech teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize key user journeys to maximize conversion and minimize drop-off
Monitor campaign and feature performance using data dashboards and reports; provide actionable insights to improve performance
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to deliver co-branded or incentive-based campaigns to acquire new users for Zalopay
Stay informed on market trends, user behavior, and digital payment innovations relevant to essential services
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager to support category growth

Requirement

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong ownership, accountability, and time management
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving
Solid grasp of user funnel metrics and growth levers
Basic product marketing knowledge (positioning, go-to-market, value proposition)
Familiarity with utilities and bill payment services is a plus.
Strong planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
