Job description

Coordinate the onboarding process for merchants and suppliers: guide registration, collect and verify documents, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Create and update partner accounts/IDs on internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Business, Legal, etc.) to support integration, test transaction/payment flows, and resolve issues.
Provide operational guidance to partners on how to use Zalopay’s systems and tools.
Track, follow up, and resolve requests or issues from existing partners (both merchants and suppliers).
Ensure smooth execution of projects by maintaining clear communication and timely coordination with stakeholders.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement

Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
