Job description

  • Provide support and address inquiries from customers/partners regarding account information and online payments via the ZaloPay e-wallet/payment gateway.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to online transactions made via bank cards or e-wallets for customers/partners.
  • Prepare daily reports evaluating service quality and any incidents that occurred.
  • Working hours: Shift 1 (8:00–17:00), Shift 2 (13:00–22:00), Shift 3 (22:00–8:00); rotating shifts 5 days/week; required to be on duty during holidays and Tet.
  • Customer support channels: via phone and written communication.

Requirement

  • Enjoys communication, always eager to support and thoroughly resolve issues to ensure customers experience excellent, customer-centric service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care, consultation, and persuasion.
  • Responsible, goal-oriented, and able to handle high volumes of support requests under pressure.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn; comfortable with continuous knowledge updates and capable of identifying issues via phone or written communication.
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including holidays and Tet.
  • Proficient in computer usage and skilled in customer support writing.
  • Good verbal and written English communication is a plus.
