Job description

Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions, ensuring that all invoices are paid accurately following Finance policies and procedures.
In charge of all payment processes.
Perform the processing and recording of cash and payment transactions, ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately following Finance policies and procedures.
Cash and bank reconciliation.
Perform the processing of expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation, and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries.
Record data to accounting systems in a timely and correct manner.
Prepare monthly detail reports, quarterly reviews, etc.
Work with the auditing company or parent company, when necessary.
Assist the Leader with the daily, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting department.
Other assigned ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirement

Strong accounting background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Comprehensive knowledge in accounting and tax, at least 3 years of working experience in accounting or auditing.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with accounting systems, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Strong written and spoken English language skills, including the ability to structure communications confidently and logically
Hard-working, honest, self-responsible. Able to work under pressure.
