Job description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Collaborator to join our Travel & Entertainment team at Zalopay. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-impact content across multiple platforms to support business goals, user engagement, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage content for Travel & Entertainment use cases across Zalopay platforms: App, Website, and social media (e.g. Zalo OA, Facebook, TikTok).
Build and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal trends, and product feature launches.
Collaborate with Creative and Agency to request and develop visual and written assets.
Write platform-optimized, brand-consistent copy for banners, captions, push notifications, etc.
Monitor and report content performance based on growth KPIs & recommend improvements.
Support ad-hoc content initiatives and deliverables as requested by business needs.
SEO content writing experience is a strong plus.

Requirement

A university student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields.
Strong writing/editing skills in Vietnamese (English is a plus).
Preference for candidates who have an interest in travel, movies, concert, and entertainment to create relatable, insightful, and trend-driven content.
Experience creating & managing content for digital channels; familiar with social media and content management tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with timelines and multi-stakeholder environments.
Bonus: Prior experience with SEO copywriting & optimization.
