Job description


  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business goals.
  • Plan content themes and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc).
  • Manage post scheduling using social media management tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Foster a positive and engaging online community.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and traffic.
  • Analyse data and user behaviour to adjust content and strategy for better results.
  • Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support cross-functional campaigns with appropriate social media amplification.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Test and suggest new content formats, trends, and engagement tactics.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Hanoi-based universities) in Communication, Marketing, Creative Arts, Foreign Languages, Economics, or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Community Management. Experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication. Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean) are an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in games and a strong understanding of gamer behaviour and culture.
  • Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube) and the ability to identify and leverage digital trends.
  • Content & Storytelling: Excellent skills in written and visual storytelling; proven ability to create content that drives engagement and resonates with gaming communities.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns tailored for gamers
  • Ability to read and interpret data/metrics, generate insights, and optimize performance.
  • Proficient in Meta’s Business Suite, Ads Manager, and equivalent tools across other social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, or CapCut is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams.
