Job description

As Marketing Planner at our Game Publishing Studio, you will take charge of Autobattler genre, driving end-to-end marketing plans and executions. Your role focuses on developing impactful campaigns, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with product KPIs, details as below:

Strategy Planning:

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis (within the Battle Royale, Action,.../Autobattler), and analyze player behavior in the Vietnamese market.

- Develop and propose comprehensive marketing plans (monthly, quarterly, annually) for major updates, new seasons, and seasonal campaigns, designed to achieve key product KPIs (e.g., user acquisition, retention, return, revenue) under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

- Define a clear and comprehensive Content Strategy that equips Content MKT direction needed to develop detailed MKT content plan and checklist.

Execution Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.

- Track, manage, and optimize the marketing budget for all assigned activities.

Analysis Reporting:

- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics

- Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaign improvements to drive continuous growth.

Requirement

Must-Haves:

2+ years of experience as a Marketing Planner or a similar role, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
A genuine passion for gaming and being able to play PC action games.
Strong logical thinking and critical thinking
Strong strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and a keen sense of market trends.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Good-to-Haves (Big Plus):

Hands-on experience playing Autobattler games.
Basic to conversational Chinese (Listening & Speaking) is a major advantage.
Experience working with gaming communities, KOLs, or esports events.
