Description:

Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets; manage risks and dependencies through to project close.

Client Liaison: Serve as primary point of contact for Vietnamese clients—conduct kick-offs, weekly status reviews, change-request management, and final approvals.

Quality Assurance: Coordinate internal reviews and QA passes; ensure deliverables meet both technical specs (Unreal/Unity export standards) and artistic expectations.

Financial Oversight: Track project P&L, prepare milestone invoices, and control costs to adhere to agreed budgets.

Team Coordination: Orchestrate cross-functional teams, facilitate daily stand-ups, remove roadblocks, and maintain transparent task tracking in Jira/Confluence.

Risk Management: Identify cultural or regulatory risks, develop mitigation plans, and report status to senior management.

Continuous Optimization: Localize PM templates, incorporate AI-powered translation or asset-validation tools, and share best practices across regions.

Mandatory Requirements:

1.       2+ Years’ experience in art production project management sector

2.       Familiar with 2D, 3D art production process, animation and VFX production process

3.       Familiar with project management tools

4.       Proficient in written Chinese and fluent in verbal Chinese

5.       Good communication skills covering internal cross-team communication and external communication with clients.

Advantageous Skills:

1.       Able to use Game/Art production tools including but not limited: Maya, 3Dmax, Unity, UE, Zbrush etc

2.       Ability to use AI tools

3.       English

4.       Play games as a hobby
