Job description

Support the Brand & Communication team in building, executing, and maintaining a consistent brand image across all communication channels, ensuring creativity, quality, and alignment with brand direction.
  • Brand Communication: Support the implementation of branding activities across social media, website, PR, and offline channels.
  • Content & Messaging: Draft captions, communication content, and campaign messages in alignment with the brand voice.
  • Branding Events: Coordinate and support the organization of branding-related events based on organizational needs.
  • Brand Governance: Assist in reviewing the consistency of logos, guidelines, colors, and layouts across all brand materials and touchpoints.
  • Visual & Creative Support: Collaborate with designers to produce brand assets; propose visual concepts aligned with Creative Direction.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and follow trends to propose brand improvement ideas.
  • Event Branding: Support the execution of brand visuals and messaging for internal, partner, and customer events.
  • Reporting & Task Management: Update weekly progress using the team’s template and document outcomes and learnings (learning report).

Requirement

Required
  • 3rd / 4th–year university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fields
  • Proactive mindset, discipline, strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong writing ability — clear, concise, brand–aligned tone of voice; able to propose engaging and B2B-relevant content ideas
  • Strong observation and aesthetic sensitivity toward visual communication
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous; able to support event branding with a high level of execution and handle workload under pressure (especially during multiple campaign periods)
Nice to have
  • Portfolio of written content, branding assets, or related projects
  • Experience in clubs/agency/events is a plus
  • Basic understanding of design, social content, and consumer insights
  • Basic understanding of brand metrics and brand measurement
