Proactively work with stakeholders (Clients, PO, Operations, End-users) to gather and clarify business requirements, understand current state, and identify pain points.
Analyze, model, and standardize business and operational processes (As-Is / To-Be).
Produce and manage requirement artifacts, including but not limited to: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and process flows.
Collaborate with Project Manager to prioritize requirements, define MVP scope, and plan delivery phases and key use cases.
Work closely with PO, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Conduct research and benchmarking on market solutions, especially AI-powered products and features, to propose innovative, practical, and user-centric improvements.
Participate in testing and go-live activities, including UAT, user training, data migration (if applicable), and post-release evaluation.
Actively contribute to the application of AI in business processes and system features, identifying opportunities where AI can automate, optimize, or enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Requirement

Requirements

1+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development projects.
Solid foundation in information technology and software development concepts.
Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, or similar tools for data analysis is a plus.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and requirement elicitation techniques.
Good knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications of AI in software products (e.g. chatbots, recommendation systems, process automation, data intelligence) is a strong advantage.
Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, positive attitude, result-oriented, and eager to learn and experiment with new technologies, especially AI.
