Job description

We are currently looking for a Creative Executive to join our Creative Team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging and impactful content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in brainstorming and executing ideas for Creative Campaigns together with the Creative Team.

- Develop creative content assets including TVCs, viral videos, bumper ads, user acquisition (UA) creatives, key visuals (KV), etc., delivering fresh and engaging experiences that connect with target audiences and drive action/engagement to achieve campaign objectives at each stage. Ensure creative ideas are distinctive, innovative, and aligned with client requirements.

- Craft key messages, taglines, call-to-actions (CTA), and voice-over scripts.

- Collaborate with production houses to ensure creative ideas are accurately executed and delivered.

- Research advertising trends and develop new creative approaches that stay on trend and effectively support various game products.

Requirement

  • - At least 1–2 years of experience as a Copywriter or Content Creator at a Creative Agency (especially with experience in social media content on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • - Bachelor’s or College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or related fields.

  • - Strong ability to develop unique and engaging ideas; proficient in creating various content formats, including visual and video content.

  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • - Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize creative outputs.

  • - Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and effective communication with external partners.

  • - Ability to work under pressure, stay proactive, and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

  • - Knowledge of and passion for the gaming industry is a strong advantage.
