Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Event Operations
Collaborator, you will take ownership of event execution, vendor coordination,
and day today brand operations. You will work closely with the team to bring
internal events, CSR initiatives, and branding campaigns to life from planning
to post event reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Event & CSR Operations
– Create and implement event plans and concepts for CBC projects, including VNG's branding and marketing initiatives
– Collaborate with team members to execute employee projects, talent engagement activities, and community campaigns
– Manage end-to-end event operations: logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, invoicing, and post-event reporting
– Develop event feedback surveys for continuous improvement
– Obtain necessary event permits and handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Vendor & Partnership Management
– Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers throughout event production
– Negotiate community sponsorship deals and manage partnership contracts
Merchandise & POSM Support
– Support merchandise and POSM operations including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and basic store management
– Assist in coordinating production with suppliers and internal teams as needed
Budget & Administration
– Handle budgeting, invoicing, and payment processing for projects and events
– Prepare contracts, process e-forms, and follow company documentation procedures
– Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal follow-ups (~20% of the role)
Reporting & Compliance
– Track and report on KPIs for events and community engagement initiatives
– Ensure all regulatory requirements and event permits are fulfilled
Requirement
REQUIREMENTS

Experience in event management,
brand operations, or a related field

Strong project management and

Strong sense of responsibility:
detail-oriented, organized, and reliable under deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
