Job Description

Project Coordination

• Support Project Managers in coordinating game publishing and operations projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Prepare meeting notes, summarize key discussions, and track action items through to completion.

Partner Communication

• Assist in daily communication with Chinese game developers and publishing partners.
• Support information alignment between partners and internal teams.
• Clearly communicate project updates, requirements, feedback, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.

Translation & Documentation

• Translate project-related documents, emails, reports, and meeting materials between Chinese and Vietnamese/English.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings when required.
• Organize and maintain project documentation in a structured manner.

Research & Analysis

• Actively experience game content and develop an understanding of product features, updates, and player feedback.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.
• Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and business reviews.

Language

• Third or final-year student majoring in Chinese Language, Business Chinese, International Business, or a related field.
• HSK 6
• Good verbal and written Chinese communication skills.

• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Jira, AI tools, or other productivity tools.
