About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to operate, support, and continuously improve enterprise network infrastructure across office environments. This role is ideal for engineers with strong expertise in Enterprise WiFi technologies, solid troubleshooting capabilities, and a passion for delivering reliable and high-performing network services.

What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain LAN, WAN, Enterprise WiFi, Firewall, and Internet Gateway infrastructure.
- Ensure network availability, stability, and performance across all office locations.
- Troubleshoot network and wireless issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in network expansion, relocation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors during deployment and operations.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Design, deploy, and optimize Enterprise WiFi solutions.
- Analyze wireless network performance, coverage, capacity, roaming behavior, and user experience.
- Conduct WiFi assessments, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain network and WiFi operational standards and best practices
Requirement
Experience
Nice to Have
- At least 3 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Services.
- Experience operating and supporting enterprise network infrastructure in an ITIL-based operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise WiFi technologies, preferably Cisco or Aruba wireless networking solutions.
- Strong understanding of core network services including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and Network Authentication & Authorization using RADIUS and 802.1X.
- Strong understanding of WiFi standards and wireless networking concepts, including IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, RF fundamentals, coverage planning, channel utilization and interference mitigation, roaming optimization, RSSI and SNR analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Routing & Switching, STP, NAT, and Network Security fundamentals.
- Ability to troubleshoot enterprise network and wireless connectivity issues.
- Strong root cause analysis and systematic problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to analyze and optimize WiFi performance, coverage, capacity, roaming experience, and user connectivity in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with WiFi survey tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or equivalent.
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC).
- Experience deploying and supporting 802.1X authentication.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, Aruba Certified Professional, or equivalent.
