About the Role
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the IT team and help deliver AI-powered employee services and internal web applications. This role will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.

This role will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions.
- Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize AI Agent use cases.
- Define user journeys, business rules, workflows, and success criteria.
- Prepare requirements for AI Agent development and automation projects.
- Participate in testing and user acceptance activities.
- Internal Web Application Projects
- Support delivery of employee-facing web applications and self-service portals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Track requirements, scope, risks, and issues.
- Support Agile ceremonies and UAT activities.
Requirement
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working on software development or web application projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, web applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Copilot, or AI Agents is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
