2. Prompt Engineering
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for real-world use cases.

  • SQL: able to write queries for analysis, with a basic understanding of data structures and data warehousing concepts.
  • Solid understanding of how LLMs work: tokenization, context window, temperature, system prompt, function calling.
  • Applied-level prompt engineering skills: structured system prompts, few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured output (JSON/XML), and able to debug when prompts produce poor results.
  • Has built an app/prototype using an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source) before.
  • Familiar with Git and basic operations: branch, commit, push, pull request.
Nice to Have
  • An interest in and regular experience playing games is a plus.
  • Experience with RAG & vector search, agent frameworks (LangChain/CrewAI), or MCP.
  • Experience working with BigQuery/Snowflake and report automation (n8n, scheduled jobs).
