Job description

GreenNode is building a high-performance and sovereign AI cloud, and we want a real developer community around it. As Senior Developer Community Executive, you'll be the connective tissue between GreenNode and the developers building with it, finding where they gather, showing up consistently, and turning early attention into an active, self-sustaining community.

Community Presence & Relationships

  • Identify where GreenNode's target developers already spend time (Facebook, GitHub, Discord/Telegram, local tech communities, meetups) and design the approach
  • Be a consistent, credible presence in developer channels
  • Build direct, ongoing relationships with early adopters and active builders, turning one-time visitors into repeat contributors and advocates
  • Answer setup and basic technical questions at a peer level in the community, flagging anything beyond your depth

Community Program

  • Create developer-friendly content: quickstart tutorials, demo scripts, workshop materials that help developers understand and get started with GreenNode
  • Build and amplify GreenNode's community and its activities, giving visible credit to active contributors
  • Support light onboarding touches: welcome sequences, "here's what others are building" nudges
  • Turn one-off engagement into repeatable programs: recurring meetups, builder cohorts, or an ambassador-style structure as the community matures
  • Continuously test and iterate on formats based on what actually drives engagement

Feedback Loop

  • Relay recurring community sentiment, friction points, and feature requests back to the team on an ongoing basis
  • Help shape how GreenNode talks to and builds for developers, based on direct, firsthand signal from the community

Requirement

• 3-5+ experience in developer relations, community management, technical evangelism, or a related role at an AI cloud or developer-tools company
• Strong technical foundation and credibility with developers (you can demo, build, and explain), ideally with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field
• Have real familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, or AI/ML developer tooling: you understand the problems this audience is actually trying to solve
• Comfortable operating independently with less oversight, making judgment calls on channel strategy and content without waiting for detailed direction
• Strong, clear writing for developer-facing content, able to translate technical concepts into approachable material without dumbing them down
• Builder mentality — you'd rather ship a scrappy first version and iterate than wait for a perfect plan
• Comfortable being measured on community growth and engagement outcomes, not just activity or output volume
• Vietnamese and English fluency

Bonus
• Have built a developer community from scratch with measurable results you can point to: growth, engagement, or retention numbers, not just anecdotes
• Known in developer circles yourself through open-source contributions, conference talks, content creation, or community leadership
