Job description

Core Purpose

Local people function covering compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and business partnering.

Scope of Work

Talent and onboarding

• Run local recruitment and onboarding, including for the collaborator population.

Compliance and operations

• Ensure local employment compliance and manage employment contracts.

• Run payroll, subject to the decision on establishing a local entity.

Employee relations

• Handle employee relations matters and support the performance cycle.

Key Deliverables

• Hiring plan and pipeline

• Local employment contracts

• Onboarding pack

• Payroll run, if localised

Requirement

Experience

• Generalist HR experience covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance cycle support.

• Experience with Indonesian employment compliance and contracts.

• Payroll experience, relevant if payroll is run locally.

• Experience managing a contract or collaborator population is an advantage.

Skills and knowledge

• Working knowledge of Indonesian labour law and the local hiring market.

• Able to run a full recruitment cycle independently, from pipeline to onboarding.

Delivery track record

• Results on time to hire, offer acceptance rate, attrition and onboarding satisfaction.

Other

• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English for reporting to the regional HR team.
