- Autonomous Project & Issue Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned projects and partnership operations, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Team Direction & KPI Achievement: Plan and direct team activities to achieve KPI targets; monitor performance, identify gaps, and course-correct to keep initiatives on track.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key coordination point across partners and internal teams (product, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, operations, tech, etc.), ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Market & Strategic Insights: Analyze trends in e-payment, banking, and card-network sectors to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategy.
- Reporting & Performance Management: Prepare reports and track partnership metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Others: Handle other tasks assigned periodically in line with company strategy.
Requirement
- Partnership Skill Set: Strong, proven partnership-building and relationship-management skills, with demonstrated ability to build new partnerships and deepen existing relationships at a strategic level.
- Fintech, Banking and Payment Processing Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of fintech, banking products, and payment processing/card scheme mechanics.
- Attention to Details: Able to manage operational tasks and ensure partnerships are executed accurately.
- Independent Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resolve issues end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Team Leadership & Planning: Experience, or clear capability, in planning work and directing a team’s efforts toward KPI achievement.
- Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in Business Development/Partnerships/Project Management, with a track record in fintech/banking/digital wallets/payment processing networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Banking/Finance.
- Established Network: Having personal connections with payment processing networks (Visa/Mastercard/NAPAS) and/or banks that can be directly leveraged for new business opportunities is an advantage.
- Mindset: Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving, with a business ownership mindset and the maturity to operate autonomously and guide others.
