Job description

About the Role

A unique opportunity to work closely with AI Academy to research, develop, and refine high-quality learning materials for AI training programs, workshops, and Academy initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, enjoys turning complex technical topics into clear learning experiences, and can independently take a content assignment from initial research to a review-ready deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research AI, Generative AI, and emerging technology topics using reliable technical and educational sources.
  • Synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and learner-friendly content.
  • Develop teaching and learning materials, including presentation decks, trainer notes, exercises, case studies, demos, and learner resources.
  • Support the development of AI Academy learning modules from initial research and content outline to presentation-ready materials.
  • Review and fact-check AI-generated content for technical accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, Canva AI, and other emerging tools to accelerate research, drafting, visualization, and content production.
  • Take ownership of assigned learning-content tasks from initial research to a review-ready deliverable.
  • Work independently from a clear brief: identify relevant sources, propose a content structure, develop the first draft, and refine the material before review.
  • Proactively identify missing information, inconsistencies, or content-quality issues and propose solutions rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Organize and maintain learning content, references, templates, and reusable Academy knowledge assets.
  • Collaborate with trainers, technical experts, and the AI Academy team to continuously improve learning materials based on feedback.

Requirement

  • 3rd or 4th-year university student in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or another relevant discipline.
  • Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, and practical AI applications.
  • Able to read and understand technical materials in English, including documentation, articles, reports, and research papers.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills, with the ability to independently explore an unfamiliar topic and turn findings into structured learning content.
  • Able to transform complex information into clear explanations, learning flows, and presentation materials.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, learning, drafting, and content creation, while independently verifying important facts and technical claims.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Proactive in asking the right questions, proposing solutions, and driving assigned tasks to completion.
  • Good judgment in knowing when to proceed independently and when to seek guidance or technical validation.
  • Good English writing skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides; familiarity with Canva, Gamma, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.
